Badsha Bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, for any reason, without prior notice. Account closure may occur in particular under the following circumstances.

• Upon confirmed evidence of a terms & conditions violation.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or submission of incorrect documents.
• Extended inactivity (typically 12 months).
• Upon a voluntary self-exclusion request.

Users may request account closure at any time. In such cases, any remaining balance (excluding bonuses, subject to conditions) will be available for withdrawal.

Badsha Bet is not liable for any direct or indirect financial losses arising from gaming. The following are areas where Badsha Bet accepts no liability.

• Losses caused by faults in third-party software or devices.
